Conditions for Consignment: We accept all Consignments, EXCEPT Furniture:  Mon-Wed 10am-4pm (FURNITURE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!!)
January:  Limited items accepted-storewide sale
February-Mid April….Spring transitional: lightweight fabrics and sweater.  Long sleeve/short sleeves
 April-June:  Summer: Sleeveless tops, tanks, capris and shorts, sundresses
July-Storewide Clearance Sale
Mid-August-September. Fall transitional: Lightweight, long-sleeved in dark colors.  No Heavy weight fabrics
October-December. Winter and Holiday: Heavy weight wool, flannel
*There may be some days we do not accept consignments, if so a sign will be posted**  

                                  Maximum of Thirty(30) Items per week!!!  
Items we will accept MUST meet the following standards:. Items brought in must be CLEAN-no broken zippers, holes, missing buttons, stains, ripped seams, excessive wrinkles or clinging hair-and either on hangers or casual items may be neatly folded.  Please do not bring your items in plastic bags because this will quickly wrinkle clothing. New 2 You will accept items that are in excellent condition.  We accept items from better department stores and designer labels.  Clothes must be no older than two or three years and have all labels intact with sizes marked.   We take quality items-anything that is salable and in the best condition.  All items must be clean and from a smoke free home.  Furniture must be sturdy and not in dis-repair.  Upholstery must have no stains, holes, tears.  Dishes and glassware—4 or more place settings, or other serving pieces.  Lamps-Must be in working order with appropriate shades.  Jewelry-Silver, Gold, fine and costume.  Select Quilts, pillows and Duvets-Must be clean and in near perfect condition. 

 Pricing items (initially, discounts & promotions) is at the discretion of New 2 You.   The Consignor (you) will receive 40% of the sale price at the time of sale.  The Consignor will receive 50% of the sale price after furniture has been sold.  The Consignor will receive 50% of the sale price for items sold for $50.00 or more for home accents & décor.  The Consignor will receive 40% of the sale price for Items that are sold for less than $50.00.  

Checks are issued, by request on or about the 4th Tuesday of every month and will be mailed.  Requests must be made by the 14th of the month either by email or phone call.  Otherwise the account will roll over to the following month. We will not mail a check under $10.  Consignors can also use their account balance towards in store purchases to receive an additional 10% discount unless posted otherwise.  

Length of time for consignments is approximately 90 days (except Furniture and Formals).  The pricing for unsold consignments will gradually reduce during this time.  A $10.00 fee will be charged for items picked up prior to 60 days, which the Consignor may come to the store, locate and retrieve their unsold items. Please call ahead and schedule an appointment for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays to pick up your items. Unclaimed items become property of New 2 You after the 90 day period.  

There will be an annual maintenance fee of $5.00 for registering an unlimited Number of items. This fee is deducted from your account balance on your anniversary date each year.  
New 2 You will be very careful, but is not responsible for consigned items in case of theft, fire, or damage.  All consignments left at New 2 You are at the risk of the consignor.  

Any account without contact for six(6) months will be considered inactive.  Any balance or items left on an inactive consignors account will become property of New 2 You.  

Pick up unsold items at the end of 90 day consignment period?   Yes    or    No (circle one) Items left in the store past the 90 day consignment period become the property of New 2 You.   

By signing below, You, the Consignor, agree to all the conditions in this agreement and that all items consigned are your property and have not been obtained illegally.   ☺Please DO NOT take offense if we have to say no to some of your items! We rely on the experience of what sells and the space considerations to make our decisions.   This contract is binding and consignors who choose not read it will still be held accountable for terms contained within. The terms of this contract can be changed without notice to consignors; we will post the updated contracts in the store showing revisions.
